I reported to the supervisor (sorry I forgot his name but he is tall and chubby). I never encountered any of the dealer ever since I was playing. That situation the guy in my left was surprise too of her response. I told her that it's not my problem and why you work if you have pain. She told me that 'why you don't play the red?'I said, excuse me do I have no choice for my chips, and she responded because my arms are painful by moving much. She gave it to me and I insist that I still have a lot of red. I asked her to give me the green chips rather than red. I was surprise of her character towards players she was not polite and she was rude per say. I was playing in the blackjack table with the dealer name Olga.
Last Saturday 5/22/21, in the morning until evening. Only thing I was discourage ever since playing there even in table or machine. I enjoyed playing in Rivers Casino, the environment is clean and the staff and very nice and I like the place, no smoke even it is small compared to other casino.
